Serge has extensive experience in aviation leasing, airline development,contractual and regulations trough his long career in aviation. Serge started his career in 1989 in an Engineering position and has through his career been in leading roles at airlines on regulations, contracting and operations. Serge currently acts as Technical Manager for banks and syndicates Serge is a reputable negotiator combining his experience, knowledge and personal ease character while keeping eye on the target of achieving the best result for the representing customer and has done so in numerous occasions varying from ad-hoc or one-time maintenance events to long term maintenance contracts with MRO’s, OEM’s and other suppliers.
